Flexport's MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets AI assistants and agentic tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and others — act on your Flexport account on your behalf: looking up shipments, checking rates, searching your network, and more, using natural language instead of REST calls.
MCP access is enabled per organization by an account admin. An admin turns it on at app.flexport.com/integrations/mcp-connection (Integrations → MCP Connection). If you connect and see an error that MCP has not been enabled, or an admin can't find this page, see Setup: Troubleshooting.
