Flexport's MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets AI assistants and agentic tools — Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and others — connect to your Flexport account to act on your behalf: looking up shipments, checking rates, searching your network, and more, using natural language instead of REST calls.
MCP access is enabled once per organization by a Flexport account admin. An admin can enable it in either of two places: while connecting from their preferred AI workspace (for example, Claude), or in the Flexport platform at app.flexport.com/integrations/mcp-connection (Business Profile → Integrations → MCP Connection). Once it's enabled, other active users in your organization can complete their own connection to the Flexport MCP.
